CARINA GREENING UKBA (CERT) BCBA

Hi, I'm Carina.

I have always had an interest in how the human mind works, and when I stumbled across early intervention using Behaviour Analysis following my undergraduate degree in Psychology I was smitten for life!  I could see the impact it had on each child’s ability to communicate and learn, and empower them to live their best lives.  I have been working with neurodiverse children for over 24 years now, obtained a Masters degree in Behaviour Analysis in 2023 and I am registered with the BACB and UKSBA.

I have attended extensive training in autism, understanding behaviour, PECS, makaton, SCERTS, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and as part of my certification I have to keep up to date with the latest research and developments in the field.  I also hold certificates in paediatric first aid and positive handling.

When I'm not listening to podcasts related to my job, I'm also a big movie fan, and enjoy spending time with my husband, three children and our small menagerie of pets! I even take them to work with me sometimes!

As a parent I can empathise with the challenges of family life and offer realistic and practical advice that suits your family.

My passion is to provide families with evidence-based support to give their children the best start and lead their best lives.  I am also passionate about supporting the whole family, whether that is through parent training, outreach support, coffee mornings or even just being someone parents can turn to.

ANAM AHMED UKBA (CERT) BCBA

Hi, I’m Anam, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). My journey began in 2010 when I started working as an ABA tutor, and I’ve since built a fulfilling career working with children and young people with a diagnosis of autism and learning difficulties. What drives me is my passion for making a real difference in the lives of families and children. It’s incredible to see how ABA strategies can positively impact development and well-being.

I’ve had the privilege of working across various settings—homes, schools, and nurseries—supporting children aged 2 to 16 years. Over time, I’ve progressed from being a tutor to now managing cases, consulting with professionals, and co-director of Cornerstone Learning.

A big part of my role involves providing training to parents, professionals, and educators, both in practical and theoretical aspects of ABA. I also conduct assessments, design intervention strategies, and help create individualised support plans. My work often brings me into close collaboration with schools, tribunals, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that each child has the support they need to thrive. I’m always learning and believe in the power of collaboration, constantly working with other professionals to make sure every child has the best chance at success.

On a more personal note, I find immense joy in running holiday clubs and social skills groups for children with additional need, creating a space where they can learn, grow, and socialise in a fun, supportive environment.

PAULINA MALOLEPSZA BSc

Hi I am Paulina I'm an autistic, ADHD mum and a passionate ABA specialist dedicated to helping children on the autism spectrum thrive. I have been working with wonderful SEN children for many years and have a degree in psychology and understand child development very well.  My personal experience with neurodiversity gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to connect with my students in a meaningful way and provide support that is both empathetic and effective.

As a parent, I understand the joys and challenges that come with raising a neurodivergent child, and I use that insight to guide my teaching. I believe that every child has their own strengths and abilities, and my goal is to help them grow in confidence, independence, and communication. My approach combines evidence-based practice with creativity and patience, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual needs of the child.

When I'm not running Cornerstone Learning sessions or teaching the children I work with, I'm navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood of two girls aged 5 and 10 and finding new ways to support and advocate for them and the neurodivergent community. Whether you're looking for help with support for your child or just want to connect with someone who understands, I'm here for you!
